BEACON Home stands for "Building Energy-Efficient Affordable Community-Oriented Neighborhoods." You may wonder—how does "neighborhoods" fit into a single-family home project? That’s where our initiative stands apart. Our vision extends beyond just one home; we have a multi-year plan to construct two additional houses on the same plot in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity—one being a Habitat-built home and the other an additional ISD-designed house. Given our selected land, this vision is fully achievable.
